The AngelStep® 48P acoustic underlay is specifically designed for installation over concrete slabs or light timber joists, offering an exceptional reduction of both airborne and impact noise.
The AngelStep® 48P is perfect for use in apartments, townhouses, upmarket housing, professional offices or wherever residents require the best performance as mandated by strata management or executive committees.
Its resilient polyester core absorbs impact energy and residual airborne noise from above and below, transforming wave vibrations into heat energy. Meanwhile, its decoupled flexible floating top noise barrier greatly reduces airborne sound waves from above and below the floor to achieve optimum comfort for both residents and neighbours alike.
At 8mm thin and supplied in tiles of 1150x1150mm, our AngelStep® 48P (along with the rest of the AngelStep® range of underlays) has been shown to offer a more effective acoustic treatment and is thinner and more cost-efficient than the rest of the market.
